Analytics
The services contained in this section enable the Owner to monitor and analyse web traffic and can be used to keep track of User behaviour.
Vercel Web Analytics
Company: StimaBro
ENGLISH
The Owner internally analyses the searches carried out by Users (items valued, descriptions entered, results) and the content of saved collections (categories, quantities and estimated values), linking them to the User’s email address, for the sole purpose of checking the quality of the estimates, improving the service and preventing misuse or abuse. This data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
The Owner also records clicks on links to external marketplaces (partner, item category, position on the page, shortened item name, estimate identifier and time) to measure the usefulness of these links. This data does not include the email address and is not shared with the marketplace.
Usage statistics. To understand how the service is used, improve it and assess the effectiveness of its advertising campaigns, the Owner uses an internal statistics system, developed and managed directly, without third-party analytics tools. Usage events are recorded, such as: visits, email entry, photo upload, start and completion of estimates, viewing of the “Where to sell” section, clicks on marketplace links, access code requests, account creation, saving items and opening the personal collection. Each event may include the item category, the device type (mobile or desktop) and the advertising campaign the User came from, if any (UTM parameters).
Events are associated with a random identifier stored in the User’s browser (local storage) and, for Users who carry out estimates or create an account, may be linked to their user profile, solely to calculate statistics on activation, returning Users and campaign origin. The IP address is not stored in clear text.
This data is consulted only in aggregate form. No individual commercial-interest profiles are created, the data is not used to send personalised communications and it is not transferred to third parties. Visits also record the approximate country and city, derived from the IP address at the time of the visit (the address is not stored), and the browser language. Legal basis: the Owner’s legitimate interest in improving the service and evaluating its own campaigns. Usage events are kept for a maximum of 24 months, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Anthropic (Claude API)
Company: StimaBro

This Personal Data may also be matched with publicly available information about the User (such as social networks' profiles) and used to build private profiles that the Owner can display and use for improving StimaBro.

Database utenti e sistema anti-abuso StimaBro
Company: StimaBro
